DOUBLE STUDENT LAMPS PLUME & ATWOOD, CAST & EMBOSSED STUDENT LAMPS This Wonderful Very Ornate Plume & Atwood Double Student Lamp has it all. It is a wonderful example of Sheet and Cast Brass mixed to create a highly decorated lamp. The extensive Cast Work causes this lamp to be much heavier than most, also note the applied sheet brass spool work on the oil feeder arms. And finally the Chinese Red Cased Shades with Gold Tracery Winged Griffins are exceptional. This lamp has no drilled holes. The wiring is all external so removal of it makes this lamp oil burning again without any additional repair or conversion. Very nice cast detailed base made in several stacking pieces. This exceptional casting rivals the Harvard. Beautiful original Oil Canister with Cast Final makes this lamp ready to burn oil with electrical parts removed, no drilled holes. It has matching Accorn Finals, wonderful Cast & Embossed Brass Bands on the Fonts & Oil Reserve, a wonderful Cast Brass Post Final, fine Brass Spool Work on the feeder arms, and a Multi Piece Heavy Cast Base that rivals the Harvard Lamps. MANHATTAN DOUBLE POSTED DOUBLE STUDENT LAMP Very nice Manhattan Double Posted Double Student Lamp. Completely Restored and Wired with No Drilled Holes and No Burner Alterations. This is the Largest of All Manhattan Lamps and in my opinion a Star in any Collection. The Oil Reserve Tank is fully intact, making the lamp easily converted back to Oil Burning. PLUME & ATWOOD DOUBLE STUDENT LAMPS Wonderful clasic Plume & Atwood Double Student Lamp. This one has the Brass Banded Fonts, beautiful Spool Work on the feeder arms, and Duplex P & A Burners as original with no alterations for electrification. One Drilled Hole in the bottom of the connector ball in the back. And finally the Carry Handle at the top of the post is the one used by Revere, a very high end student lamp maker, and also choosen on the lamp Decorated by Handel.
